Nielsen launches specialist business consulting services group

Nielsen has announced the launch of a specialist business consulting services group in India, to be led by Asitava Sen, director, Business Consulting Services, The Nielsen Company.
Nielsen Business Consulting Services will combine qualitative, high-value business consulting with fact-based analytics-driven recommendations to help clients identify and optimize existing and new growth opportunities that drive revenue and profit. This group will integrate Nielsen's current services and develop new solutions to address strategic business issues in sales, marketing and innovation.
Speaking about the new development, Partha Rakshit, managing director, Nielsen, South Asia said, ''Business Consulting Service experts will leverage Nielsen's existing capabilities to deliver thought leadership to our clients, and partner with them on critical strategic issues.''
Eugene Roytburg, managing director, Business Consulting Services at Nielsen said, ''Nielsen is targeting aggressive growth goals in Asia Pacific and India is expected to make a significant contribution."
Added Sen, ''Business Consulting Services will provide a new avenue to utilise Nielsen's expertise and information assets and bring new opportunities.''
