JK Cement signs Virender Sehwag as brand ambassador

Premier cement manufacturer, JK Cement has roped in Virender Sehwag as its brand ambassador. This is the first time the cement brand has brought in an endorser for the brand.
The ace cricketer has been signed for a period of two years though the financial details of the deal could not be ascertained.
Besides regular media formats like television, print and radio, Sehwag will also feature in various marketing initiatives like consumer promotions, online support and other BTL activities for the brand.
Nitish Chopra, brand manager, JK Cement, said, ''Sehwag's association will help to differentiate the brand and further reinforce the key brand virtues that JK Cement stands for.''
''I am happy to be associated with a company and a brand that puts a high premium on quality and performance,'' said Sehwag.
JK Cement has over three decades of experience in cement manufacturing, and is among the top 10 producers in the country. The company manufactures white cement and other value added products include brands like JK Wall Putty and JK Water Proof Compound.
