India's MDLR Airlines, which launched services in March 2007, has signed a lease with BAE Systems Regional Aircraft for its third Avro RJ70 jetliner (Msn E1252).
The new aircraft will be delivered by end September and will have the same seating configured as the first two.

With six business and 64 economy class seats on each plane, the full-service airline is the world's first with all-vegetarian in-flight food. At present, MDLR's two RJ70s link New Delhi to Chandigarh and Calcutta to Ranchi.

The third aircraft will be used to link Delhi with Jaipur and Surat. The airline also offers integrated hotel and flight packages using its parent group's four- and five-star hotels.
