New Delhi: Sanjay Dube, executive director (sales and con-sumer development), Hindustan Lever, is moving to head Unilever's business in the Poland region. He will join Unilever as the chairman for Poland and the Baltics, at juncture when the global parent has intensified its focus in the region, particularly in the foods business.

Dube, who became a part of HLL's management committee in March 2006, joined HLL as a direct recruit and has worked in various sales and marketing

This is the second senior level outbound posting from India. Last month, Dalip Sehgal, the executive director in charge of the new ventures division, headed for a new strategic assignment in the Unilever global foods division in London, following the company's decision to disband its new venture division, saddling Dube with additional responsibility of HLL's Project Shakti.
