MCI''s Michael Sauer to head Reliance Communications

Mumbai: Officials with the Anil Dhirubhai Ambani Enterprises have indicated that the Group has appointed a senior official from MCI, as president of Reliance Communication Inc.
Michael P. Sauer was an Executive Vice-President with MCI. According to officials he has already joined Reliance Communications and is based in New York.
Sauer has been associated with building MCI from the initial days of its operations, and is believed to have spent 23 years at the company.
Officials said that Reliance Communications' may now go on a "hiring spree" for its global business starting with Sauer's appointment
