Hitachi GST appoints Ruud van der Linden VP, Asia Pacific

Mumbai: Ruud van der Linden has been appointed vice president, Asia Pacific, Hitachi Global Storage Technologies (Hitachi GST), considered an industry veteran.

Prior to joining Hitachi GST, he held various senior positions in sales, marketing and global product distribution at Philips Semiconductors in the US, Europe and for the last nine years, Asia Pacific.

Van der Linden holds advanced degrees in physics, mathematics and applied educational science.
