Nagabhushana Rao joins Tata Sons''s SerWizSol as CEO

Mumbai: Nagabhushana Rao has taken over as CEO of Pune-based E2E SerWiz Solutions Pvt Ltd, a 100 per cent subsidiary of Tata Sons.

Prior to this he was managing director, Siemens Shared Services, Bangalore, after having been VP finance, Siemens Ltd. His earlier assignments were with Standard Chartered Bank as a CEO of two non-banking finance companies and a consultant at the Royal Bank of Canada.

Rao has strong experience in building and managing large-scale BPO operations and global businesses and also has an excellent understanding of technology, people and operational challenges of the business.
