Tetsuya Takano to be new MD and CEO of Ricoh India

Tetsuya TakanoRicoh India Ltd., a 73.6-per cent subsidiary of Japan's imaging major Ricoh Company, Ltd, has appointed Tetsuya Takano as the managing director and chief operating officer of Ricoh India Ltd, with effect from 1 April 2011.

He takes over from N Maitra who was earlier the managing director, Ricoh India Ltd.

Takano, who was earlier general manager of China and emerging markets strategy centre of the global marketing group, based in Tokyo, has been with company for 30 years handling a multi-product portfolio ranging from printers, copiers and cameras.
