UPS appoints Chetan Talcherkar to head supply chain operations

Mumbai: UPS today announced the appointment of Chetan Talcherkar as country operations manager for UPS Supply Chain Solutions in India,  with overall responsibility for the global parcel and freight delivery giant's supply chain operations and strategic business planning in India.

Prior to his appointment, Talcherkar was general manager for India logistics and international air freight and ocean operations for west India.

Talcherkar holds an MBA in marketing from the Symbiosis Institute.
