PUG appoints SBI banker Ashwini Sharma as director

New Delhi: The Delhi-based Rs7,000-crore privately-held Proactive Universal Group has appointed Ashwini Sharma as director on PUG board.
A career banker, Sharma has held a number of senior positions in the State Bank group including deputy managing director and chief financial officer of SBI. He has wide experience in international and domestic banking, financial markets and corporate governance.
As director on company board Sharma will provide strategic advice on expansion across businesses.
Commenting on the new appointment, Mr. Vikas Batra, Managing Director, PUG stated, ''We are glad to have someone of Mr. Sharma's experience and track record to Sharma's photograph in Uploading "Ashwini Sharma"
