Rajiv Varma appointed as the new president of Inogent Laboratories

Mumbai: Hyderabad-based GVK BIO associate company, Inogent Laboratories, a custom synthesis and API manufacturer, today announced the appointment of Rajiv Varma as the new president of the company.
In his new role as president, Varma will be responsible for Inogent operations and help the company grow as a leading contract research and custom manufacturing services provider.
Varma has over 32 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry. Starting his career with ICI India Ltd in 1975 as a management trainee he went on to become the senior vice-president of the company in 2002.
Prior to his appointment in Inogent, Varma worked as the president of API Business since 2005. He was also the senior vice president of Nicholas Piramal India Ltd and Cadila Pharmaceutical Ltd.
