Integrated mall by Ampa Housing Development in Chennai

Chennai: The city-based Ampa Housing Development Private Limited will build a 6 lakh sq.ft integrated mall in Chennai. According to Ampa Palaniappan, managing director, the mall will be commissioned in the third quarter of 2006.

Spread over three acres the mall will have over three lakh sq ft of retail space that would house stores like West Side, Spencer's Hypermarket and also multiplex theatres by PVR Cinemas, food court, restaurants and 20 room boutique hotel.

Designed by architect firm Cheralathan Associates the mall will have a multi-level car park will have space for 1000 cars.
