Bloomberg, UTV in business TV vneture in India

Global business news and information provider Bloomberg and integrated media and entertainment enterprise UTV today announced plans to collaborate on a television channel to deliver real-time business, economic and political news across India.
The companies said in a press release that they aim to make the co-branded channel the premier business and financial broadcast news outlet.
Starting next month, UTV's business news channel UTVi will be re-branded as Bloomberg-UTV.
UTVi's local newsgathering, production and distribution and Bloomberg's financial news and global reach would be leveraged to broadcast news and information about the Indian markets for audiences in the country.
Indiansbusiness news audiences will have access to the Bloomberg television network global feed from the agency's 145 news bureaus around the world and incorporate substantial international programming elements from the Bloomberg's global television network.
In addition, UTVi.com, will be re-branded as bloombergutv.com and include content from Bloomberg.
