MetLife India to offers group insurance to KSAMB

Bangalore: As a part of its focus on the group insurance segment, MetLife India Insurance Company Private Limited has finalised a group insurance policy to cover hamals, cartsmen, weighmen attached to the Karnataka State Agricultural Marketing Board located in the cities of Bangalore, Mysore, Gulbarga and Belgaum.

In the process MetLife India has met and even exceeded its social sector business obligations.

Speaking on the occasion, Suraj Kaeley, chief marketing officer, MetLife India, said the company is well on track with its game plan. “Our plans for both the Rural and Social sectors for the year 2003-04 have been achieved. In fact we have outdone our own expectations and are certain of continued success in future.”
