These accounts come with a host of free services and facilities that ensure optimal utilisation of funds, higher liquidity and cost savings. The customer needs to keep an average quarterly balance of only Rs 50,000 (Business Special) and Rs 1 lakh (Business Premium) to avail of the services.
An attractive add-on facility on offer is the at-par cheque facility (Rs 1.5 crore per month for Business Premium and Rs 75 lakh for Business Special), through which a customer can easily effect payments locally in over 43 cities.
This helps the customer preclude the risk associated with carrying cash and saves him the interest on borrowed cash.
