Neville Roach to head TCS-FNS

Mumbai: Tata Consultancy Services has announced the appointment of Neville Roach as chairman of its Australian company TCS-FNS, and also as an advisor to TCS Australia.

TCS-FNS has been set up by TCS for the acquisition of the core banking solutions company, the Sydney-based Financial Network Services (FNS).

Roach has spent 15 years with IBM and has also been chairman and CEO of Fujitsu Australia, according to a news release from TCS. He is also on several Federal and State ICT industry development committees. He is ex-chairman of the Australia India Business council.

S. Ramadorai, CEO and managing director of TCS has said that the appointment will help TCS Australia become a major force in the Australian market.
