Sony has released its high-definition VAIO RT series, that boasts an extra-wide 25.5inch screen with 1080 pixel support. Sony says that it created the extr-wide screen PC created for designers and video editors. The VAIO RT High Definition Studio handles all high-definition video-editing on a single machine. It's big feature is that it not only has an high definition multimedia interface(HDMI)-in port in order to work with high definition content, but it also has an HDMI-out, for connecting a second monitor. Some of the other features include, a Blu-ray recordable drive and hard drive space to a massive 1TB. It also comes loaded with 8GB RAM, a multi-card reader and a built-in digital TV tuner The RT series incorporates Intel Core2 Quad processors amongst its other features and comes with pre-installed Windows Vista Ultimate operating system. The VAIO series has a wireless keyboard with integrated touchpad and mouse included. It is also equipped with a built-in power supply enabling you to cleanly mount it to the wall. The VAIO LV 20.1inch high-definition LCD will start at around $1,600 while the VAIO RT high-definition Studio PC will go for about $3,300.
