Vijay Rangineni appointed as COO of Satyam BPO

Hyderabad: Satyam BPO, the business process outsourcing arm of Satyam Computer Services Ltd, has appointed Vijay Rangineni as the chief operating officer, the company said today.
Rangineni will be responsible for driving business transformation across customer engagements, a critical component to stay ahead in the marketplace.
Prior to joining Satyam BPO, Rangineni worked as the CEO of GE Money, India, and has over 20 years of experience in the service industry with organisations like American Express and California Micro Devices (CMD) in areas of operations, finance, and technology.
He is an alumnus of Kellogg's School of Management, Illinois, and holds a masters' degree in industrial engineering from the University of Texas.
In his career spanning the global markets, Rangineni has focused on critical assignments/turn-around stories ranging from delivery to technology and business process reengineering.
