Reliance Communications to connect state capitals at local rates

Reliance Communications Ltd today launched its 'Hello Capital Plan', which enables callers to make calls between state capitals at local call rates of 40-paisa per minute. Under this plan, customers with '32' series numbering plan will enjoy a special tariff of Rs1.20 for three minutes between two subscribers of the same service. Applicable on all the tariff plans in postpaid and prepaid, this plan scheme should praove popular with traders, small and medium entrepreneurs, executives, families residing in state capitals.
The company says this particular plan would change the dynamics of long distance tariffs to local call rates.
