Patni to provide insurance solutions for Clear Technology

Mumbai: Patni Computer Systems has formed a strategic alliance with Clear Technology Inc, a leading global software solutions company, to offer process consulting and system integration services for the latter's insurance and financial services solutions worldwide, Patni informed the Bombay Stock Exchange on Wednesday.
The new alliance is in tune with Patni's policy of aligning with leading-edge software manufacturers focused on efficiency in insurance and financial services, the Patni release said. Patni is teaming up with leading insurance and financial services companies in the US, the UK and Asia Pacific regions.
Patni is assessed at a professional services rating of CMMI-5 and Six Sigma best practice and has intimate knowledge of leading technology platforms to enable shorter implementation cycles for Clear Technology's insurance and financial services customers, the company release said.
Clear Technology provides software solutions that allow insurance and financial services companies to dramatically reduce operating costs while delivering substantial increase in productivity. Using its patented technology platform, Clear Technology is able to deliver its solution faster and cheaper than existing alternatives.
