Maples to expand operations

Chennai: Consulting company Maples ESM Technologies has decided to expand its training and consulting services. The company will first get into the Hyderabad market and later the Bangalore and Kochi markets.

The company provides training and consulting services in managing operating systems, databases, networks and applications for medium and large organisations. In application development, the company focuses only on IBM Mainframe-related application consulting services.

Initially focused on enterprise systems management, Maples ESM commenced its operations in consulting and training in Chennai with an investment of Rs 5 crore. The company has placed over 60 per cent of its students in leading multinational companies like EDS, e-funds, Covansys, Xansa, PCS, Vetri Software, CG Maersk.

In Vijayawada Maples ESM operates through a business associate, Career Point Technologies. Maples ESM hopes to close this year with a turnover of Rs 10 crore and increase the staff strength to 200.
