Kinetic Engineering receives Ficci award

Kinetic Engineering, Pune-based leading manufacturer of motorcycles, has received the FICCI award for empowerment of the physically challenged. The award was presented by the President of India, Dr. A. P. J. Abdul Kalam.

The award was presented to the company in recognition of the help Kinetic has extended to leprosy-afflicted patients. Kinetic has been providing medical care, training and rehabilitation facilities to leprosy afflicted persons for the last 15 years.

FICCI has acknowledged that this has brought about a tremendous change towards the patients in the attitude of the community at large, as well as their family members.
