Kinetic Engineering enters the executive motorbike segment

Chennai: The Pune based two wheeler manufacturer Kinetic Engineering has entered the executive segment of the motorcycles category — with the launch of Velocity, a four stroke motorbike.

The executive bikes segment is the largest in the country, with over 25 lakh motorcycles sold each year. Priced at Rs.38, 300, the bike is powered by a 115 cc engine and has a stylish appearance with a large petrol tank. Under test conditions the bike offers a mileage of 92 km per litre of petrol and comes with an MFR halogen lamp, rectangular swing arm for better stability, a twin textured anti-skid seat and a synchronised rear adjustable suspension.
