Mumbai: Software major Infosys technologies is pursuing 15 contracts overseas each worth $100 million plus, while aiming to generate over five per cent of its overall revenue in the next five years from the domestic market.

"We are in the reckoning for 15 opportunities which are in the 100 million dollar plus (range) deals", Krish Gopalakrishnan, MD and CEO of Infosys Technologies, said.

These deals are spread across the industry verticals Infosys currently serves and some new areas, he added.

Bangalore-based Infosys added three contracts worth over $100 million each in the Q2 ended September 30. Out of its 520 clients, its top clients contributed 7.9 per cent of the revenue in Q2 while it bagged a $200 million dollar plus client in the same quarter.

The company, which recently restructured its business units and created a separate India unit to tap the growing domestic market, said that India would be a significant part of the overall revenue profile.

The company currently gets three per cent of its revenue from India.
