In a filing with the Bombay Stock Exchange, HCL said that it has signed a partnership agreement with IT firm Optimation to offer software solutions to the New Zealand government and enterprise customers.
Under the agreement, both companies will offer services like business transformation, remote infrastructure management, business process outsourcing, application development and maintenance, testing, document management, SOA and middleware upgrades.
The HCL-Optimation partnership would offer customers a solution mix from a range of partners, including SAP, Oracle, Microsoft and EMC, the filing added.
