New Delhi: Fiat India has kicked off a new service campaign in the form of free expert check-ups and service roadshows that are being conducted in key markets across India.

In addition to the regular service provided by the Fiat network, this initiative puts the company directly in touch with its customers, as specially trained and experienced Fiat engineers are present to attend to customer requirements at the expert check-up service roadshows.

In the initial phase the Fiat service roadshows are being conducted in Mumbai, Delhi, Chennai, Hyderabad, Kochi, Bangalore, Chandigarh, Lucknow and Ludhiana. In the second phase remaining cities like Pune, Ahmedabad, Nagpur, Jaipur and Kolkata will be covered. An extensive tele-contact programme has been put in place to reach out to Uno, Siena, Palio and Weekend customers and inform them about the new service initiative.

At the Fiat free expert check-up the cars will be put through a comprehensive testing procedure based on a checklist jointly developed by the Fiat R&D and aftersales. Sophisticated testing equipment such as the Fiat engine examiner will be used to run a diagnosis on every car.

In addition to this, representatives from Fiat OEM partners for tyres (Bridgestone and Goodyear), lubricants (Penzoil), air-conditioners (Sanden) and batteries (Exide) will also be available on the location, thereby ensuring that all cars receive a complete check-up.

This initiative towards enhancing the driving experience is just a phone call away.
