BSES signs turnkey contract with Nepal

Mumbai: The Nepal Electricity Authority (NEA) has signed a turnkey contract with BSES Ltd for the supply, installation and commissioning of 132KV electrical substations at Butwal, Dalkhebar, Bardaghat and Hetauda in Nepal. The contract is valued at Rs 55.83 million.

NEA's earlier contract given to BSES for the construction of a substation at Banepa has been successfully completed. The station was commissioned in November 2001.
