Blue Star Infotech to invest 20 crores in new facility at Mumbai

Mumbai: Blue Star Infotech (BSI), part of the Rs. 8 billion Blue Star Group, and provider of software solutions and IT consultancy, has announced that it would invest Rs20 crore in a new facility at Mumbai. Located at Hiranandani Gardens (Powai), this 33,000sq-ft facility with a capacity for 400 seats is expected to be operational by April 2005.

The new centre will house existing and new employees for product development in the embedded and mobile technologies and application management projects. In addition, the company''s software testing labs would also be located at this centre.

This is the company''s fifth development centre, which already has two centers each in Bangalore and Mumbai.
