Airbus plans delivery of 265 aircraft to China by 2010

Beijing: Airbus China has said that it will deliver 265 planes to Chinese customers by 2010.

According to the company it will deliver 75 aircraft this year, 90 next year and 100 in 2010.

The first Airbus A380, it said, will be delivered to China Southern Airlines in 2009.

Chinese aviation authority, China Southern Airlines and Airbus have prepared programmes for maintenance and crew training that are intended to ensure that the aircraft are operated without any hitch.
