R-ADAG planning public issue by RComVL?

There are unconfirmed media reports that R-ADAG is planning a public issue by RComVL. These reports claim that the company is looking at augmenting its financial resources to strengthen its position in the telecom sector.
The reports indicate that the size of the issue from RComVL could be between $1.5 and $2 billion. Part of the money could also be raised from an international offering. The group chairman Anil Ambani may soon undertake an overseas trip to promote the issue, according to these reports.
