Mumbai: Bajaj Finance will provide finance at 0 per cent interest for up to six months on Acer's entire range of notebooks and desktops. This follows a tie-up between the two companies to provide easy finance for small and home consumers to acquire better technology and products.

Acer ranks as the world's No. 4 branded PC vendor.

S Rajendran, general manager, sales and marketing, mobility and display products group, Acer India, said, "We are the first MNC to provide this option to our customers, which will fill a vital need in the market today among the home consumer segment. By making our products more easily available and more affordable we are able to further our objective of PC penetration and at the same time broaden our customer base by making our technology available to a wider audience."

The collaboration will capitalise on Bajaj Finance's resources of over 1,000 branches across 200 cities, thus enabling Acer to reach out to customers especially in Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities.
