Accel ICIM is now Accel ICIM Frontline Ltd

Mumbai: Accel ICIM Systems & Services Ltd, today announced that it has changed its corporate name to Accel ICIM Frontline Ltd, with immediate effect. Accel ICIM has formed a joint venture with Frontline Technologies Corporation, Singapore, and is remodeling its business in order to reflect the true nature of this collaboration.

The company has enhanced its services offering to include the solution portfolio of FTC spanning infrastructure, applications and services. Along with the name change, the company has also adopted a new corporate logo.

While Accel reiterates its focus on IT infrastructure services spanning storage, security, software and services, the new corporate identity would enable the organisation to further remodel its business around these solutions to be in line with that of Frontline's practices world-wide.

According to NR Panicker, CMD, Accel ICIM Frontline Ltd "Accel ICIM Frontline is sufficiently similar to maintain a connection to our old name and rich heritage, and simultaneously is more reflective of our broad range of enterprise IT solutions, "

The company also announced that Steve Ting, executive chairman, FTC and Lim Chin Hu, CEO, FTC have been inducted into the board of directors. Welcoming them on board, Panicker said, "I take great pleasure in welcoming Steve Ting and Chin Hu as the non-executive members on our Board of Directors. With their experience and entrepreneurial skills, Steve Ting and Chin Hu will undoubtedly help steer the company toward further success."
