Zurich Insurance set to invest $500 million for majority stake in Kotak General Insurance

Zurich Insurance Company, a major Swiss-based insurer, is set to invest approximately Rs 4,051 crore, or U.S. $500 million, to acquire a controlling stake of 51 percent in Kotak General Insurance.
