Oberoi Hotels & Resorts wins at the Condé Nast Traveller’s Readers’ Travel Awards 2010

Oberoi Hotels & Resorts featured amongst the winners at the Condé Nast Traveller's (UK edition) Readers' Travel Awards held in London.

Four Oberoi hotels ranked amongst the twenty best leisure hotels in Asia and the Indian subcontinent. 

The Oberoi Udaivilas, Udaipur, was ranked the best leisure hotel in the region, scoring 94.56 for service; Wildflower Hall, Shimla, in the Himalayas was ranked second. The Oberoi Rajvilas, Jaipur, was ranked ninth while The Oberoi, Lombok, in Indonesia was 16th.

The Oberoi in New Delhi was rated among the 10 best overseas business hotel.

Condé Nast Traveller's Readers' Travel Awards are the result of a readers' survey conducted by the magazine. Readers are asked to rate their choices in 27 categories on a range of criteria from ambience and décor to staff, facilities, service and environmental friendliness. 

The Oberoi Group, founded in 1934, operates 31 hotels and cruisers under the luxury 'Oberoi' and five-star 'Trident' brands in India, Egypt, Mauritius, Indonesia and Saudi Arabia.
