It is building a specialty hospital in Singapore and this announced that it has acquired a majority stake in Singapore's RadLink-Asia Pte Ltd, a diagnostics and molecular imaging company, for S$62.9 million (Rs245 crore).

In November 2011, Fortis Healthcare acquired its Singapore-based arm, Fortis Healthcare International, for $665 million in cash, as part of consolidating its domestic and global operations.
