S Yesudas to head Vizeum India

S Yesudas will head Vizeum India as its managing director
He was earlier the CEO of Omnicom's Media Direction.
Vizeum will operate as an independent media company within the Aegis Media group in India.
Vizeum currently operates in 44 countries across the globe and in almost all these markets the company co-exists with Carat, its other media brand.
With this, the Aegis Media Group companies in India, besides the newly launched Vizeum, include Posterscope (OOH), Isobar (Digital), Carat Fresh Integrated (Activation) and Carat Media.
