ANG Exports, FUWA Engineering of China in manufacturing tie-up

ANG Exports Ltd, a multi-product manufacturers and exporter of automobile components to OEMs in the US and Europe and China's Fuwa Engineering Company Ltd., will set up a joint venture in India to manufacture trailers, trailer axles and other components.

ANG will set up a subsidiary under the proposed name of ANG Fuwa Ltd, at an investment of $6 million, in which the Chinese company will hold 10.5 per cent of the equity and have one director on its board. ANG says commercial production is expected commence in the next one year.

ANG Exports Ltd is a large manufacturers and exporter of products for trailer axles, transmission and air-brake components like anchor pins, rollers and axle spindles and different mechanical applications.
