Boeing appoints Vivek Lall as VP business development for IDS in India

New Delhi: Vivek Lall will be the new vice president of business development for Boeing's Integrated Defense System (IDS) business in India. Lall steps into the job after holding numerous leadership roles in marketing and engineering, including manager in Boeing's airplane performance and propulsion group.

Before joining Boeing in 1996, Lall worked for Raytheon and with NASA Ames Research Center.

Mark Kronenberg, vice president of IDS business development, Asia-Pacific said, "Vivek's appointment reflects our strong commitment to build long-term customer and industry partnerships and grow our business opportunities in India."

Lall earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Carleton University in Canada and a Masters of Science degree in Aeronautical Engineering from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University in Florida.

He also has a doctorate in Aerospace Engineering from Wichita State University in Kansas and an MBA from City University in Washington.
