New solutions from Kale Consultants for cargo operations

Pune: Kale Consultants, a Pune-based solutions provider specializing in travel and transportation industry, has said that it would soon be coming out with new solutions for the cargo segment of the transport industry.

According to Kale the solutions would be in areas of wireless technology and more efficient use of RFID, amongst others, with added features focusing on functionality.

It also said that Indian Airlines would be rolling out its cargo management solutions globally. "The solution for them is pay-per-use on a hosted platform and runs on power center. It has been deployed in 30 stations now," Vipul Jain, CEO and managing director of Kale Consultants said.

Kale Consultants has recently added UK's BMI Airlines to its customer list. It said that the company had already transited to its solutions. Earlier, in February it had signed on Direct Logistics and Apollo LogiSolutions.
