Triveni Hi-Tech to tie up with Pratt & Whitney

Bangalore: Bangalore-based Triveni Hi-Tech Pvt Ltd has announced that it has signed an MoU to supply components and critical sub-assemblies of aircraft engines to international jet engine maker Pratt & Whitney.

The company already supplies a variety of components to Hindustan Aeronautics Ltd (HAL), the Indian Space Research Organisation (ISRO), the Gas Turbine Research Establishment (GTRE), the Aeronautical Development Agency (ADA) and the Indian Air Force (IAF). Global customers include Goodrich, Airbus, National Aviation, Hamilton Sundstrand.

Triveni MD Satish Kumar said his company had proven skills in metallurgy, as well as aeronautical and mechanical engineering design, and was able to deliver quality to global standards at a competitive price.
