Warburg Pincus to buy 43% stake in Tata Tech for Rs2,323 cr

The deal will see Tata Capital divesting its entire 13 per cent stake held by Tata Growth Fund and Alpha TC Holdings, while Tata Motors will sell 30 per cent to get its holding down to 43 per cent, the same as the new investor
