Wockhardt would transfer 62 of its brands in therapy areas such as Respiratory, Neurology, VMS, Dermatology, Gastroenterology, Pain and Vaccines as also its plant in Baddi, Himachal Pradesh along with all employees, including related sales and marketing teams to Dr Reddy’s on a slump sale basis
