Negotiations to begin for Rs9,500-cr upgrade programme of IAF Mirage 2000s

India will commence negotiations for the upgrade programme of the Mirage 2000 fighter jets with a French delegation. The upgrade costs may work out to as much as Rs9,500 crore.
