Indeed, a global hiring platform conducted a global survey on the potential of artificial intelligence (AI) being used in the workplace. The conclusions derived from this survey explored the dynamics between AI, employers, and job seekers. It also explored the current applications of AI in recruitment.

Employers also feel that their employees can improve their efficiency, career development, and job security with the help of AI.

Jobseekers are not only aware of the promise of AI but also excited about its potential to improve their careers, according to Sashi Kumar, Head of Sales at Indeed India. However, employers must work together to develop frameworks for the effective use of AI to facilitate technological advancement.
