Satyabrata Ghosh joins GTB board

Hyderabad: Satyabrata Ghosh, a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants from England and Wales as well as India, has joined the board of Global Trust Bank. He has also been inducted into the audit committee of the banks board.

Preciously, Ghosh was the chairman and senior partner of PricewaterhouseCoopers. He retired from that position in 1996. He has over 40 years of experience in management and financial consultancy, mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructuring and information technology strategies.

Ghosh is also a director in several companies in the capacity of non-executive director. He held various prominent positions like: chairman, taxation committee of the Bengal Chamber of Commerce and Industry; member, Management Consultants Association of India; member, finance committee of the Associated Chamber of Commerce and Industry of India.
