Honda Siel cars register 38% sales growth in June ''05

Honda Siel Cars India Ltd. Has reported a sales increase of 38 per cent during June 2005. The company sold 3,826 units during the month as against 2,772 units sold during the same month of the previous financial year.

The cumulative sales for the calendar year 2005 (January-June), increased to 21,604 units against 16,738 units during January-June 2004 — a 29 per cent growth, compared with cumulative sales during the corresponding period in the previous calendar year.

During the calendar year 2005, (January-June) Honda City recording a growth rate of 31 per cent, Honda Accord at 6 per cent and Honda CR-V 49 per cent.
