Hinduja Global acquires Canada-based OLS for enterprise value of C$74.85 million

Business process outsourcing firm Hinduja Global Solutions Hinduja Global Solutions has acquired Canada-based on-line support (OLS) Inc, a customer relationship management company, for an enterprise value of C$74.85 million (aaproximately Rs345 crore) in an all-cash-deal.

OLS, with  1,650 seats at 10 sites in Canada, offers technical support, inbound and outbound sales, customer care and customer retention in English and French and generated a turnover of C$63.4 million in 2010-11

With this acquisition Hinduja Global has a presence in 42 delivery centres across the US, India, Philippines, Canada, Mauritius and the UK, with offerings in over 25 different languages.

The acquisitions was made through its US arm HGS Inc, Hinduja Global said in a statement on Wednesday and will take the Indian company's annual revenues to over $300 million.

The  senior management  of OLS led by president and chief executive officer Ross Beattie will continue in current roles after acquisition.

Over the last 14 plus years OLS has built a reputation within North America as a high quality contact centre services provider with customers across media, telecom, technology and banking, financial services and insurance (BFSI) sectors.
