Andhra Bank, UTI Bank to share ATMs

Hyderabad: Andhra Bank has entered into an agreement with UTI Bank for sharing the latter's over 1,100 automated teller machines (ATMs) spread across the country. The arrangement will be operational from Monday.

In a press release, Andhra Bank said the agreement enables the customers of both banks to use their combined ATMs network.  At present, Andhra Bank has a presence in 21 States and two Union Territories, with 1,124 branches, 126 extension counters, 44 satellite offices and 256 ATMs catering to the needs of around 105 lakh customers.

The bank's ATM network is compatible to handle VISA/Master Credit Cards also. As against this, UTI Bank has a network of 229 branches and extension counters and over 1,130 ATMs across 105 cities and towns.
