Satish Chander Gupta, executive director of Bank of Baroda has taken over as cs chairman and managing director of United Bank of India with effect from 6 November.
The central government (ministry of finance, department of financial services) in consultation with the Reserve Bank of India, issued a notification to this effect on 6 November.
Accordingly, Satish Chander Gupta ceased to be a director on the board of Bank of Baroda and has taken charge of the post on 6 November, Bank of Baroda has informed the BSE.
