EgyptAir starts new Mumbai-Kuala Lumpur services; to increase frequency on Cairo route

The tri-weekly services on the route will be available on Monday, Wednesday and Saturday of every week, both going and coming back, according to an EgyptAir release issued here.
The airline will be operating an Airbus 330 on the route, with 268 seats in a twin-aisle configuration across two zones, with 24 seats in the business class and 244 seats in the economy class, it said.
According to the airline, commencement of the new flight from Mumbai to Kuala Lumpur will provide an important link for tens of thousands of Indians and Malaysians traveling, living and working in these places. It would also connect leisure travelers flying from Europe and Gulf countries, via India, for holiday in Malaysia, airline officials said.
EgyptAir is also set to increase the frequency of its Mumbai to Cairo route, from two to three flights per-week. The route provides direct connection to Europe, America, Africa and the Middle East areas.
